This magical house is located in the historic town of Atontonilco, the site of Padre Hidalgo's first stop on his march for Mexican Independence from Spain. Only 10 minutes from San Miguel, the final drive down a country lane brings you to a spectacular white brick house which fuses Mexican and Mediterranean architectures to produce a charm all its own. The semi-circular building embraces a central courtyard which looks out onto superb views of mountains and valleys. Inside, the six bedroom house also boasts a magnificent music room whose gigantic domed ceiling provides excellent acoustics; a group of 100 or more can as easily enjoy listening to a grand piano recital as dancing to salsa!
